2. What the service is
Lunara offers tarot readings written by artificial intelligence. The reader, Elara, is an AI persona and not a human being. Each reading is generated by a language model around the question you wrote and the cards drawn for you.
We do not claim to predict the future and we promise no results. Every decision you make remains yours and your responsibility.
3. Minimum age
The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. Using the site and purchasing a reading is a declaration that you are at least 18.
4. Prices and payment
- The binding price is the one shown on the payment screen before you confirm. All prices include VAT and are in Israeli shekels.
- Payment is processed by Grow by Meshulam. Card details are submitted directly to the payment provider and are not stored by us.
- A lawful invoice or receipt is issued for every transaction and sent to the email address you provided.
- We may update prices from time to time. A price change never applies to a transaction already completed.
5. Delivery
Readings are delivered digitally only, appearing on screen immediately after payment, usually within less than a minute. There is no physical shipment and no appointment to schedule. Your reading remains available from the link you receive.
6. Cancellation policy
A Lunara reading is digital content created specifically for you and supplied for immediate consumption once payment completes.
- As long as the reading has not yet been generated, write to michaelglosker@gmail.com to cancel and receive a full refund.
- Once the reading has been generated and delivered, the transaction cannot be cancelled, as it is digital content consumed immediately and cannot be returned. By confirming payment you agree to immediate supply.
- If a technical failure meant the reading was not created, not delivered, or delivered broken, contact us and we will regenerate it or refund you in full, as you prefer.
- Nothing here derogates from rights that cannot be contracted out of under Israeli consumer law, including rights granted to people with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. Given its entertainment nature, we accept no liability for any decision made in reliance on a reading, or for any direct or indirect damage arising from it. Do not rely on a reading for medical, psychological, legal, financial or safety-related decisions. In emotional distress, please seek professional help — in Israel, ERAN can be reached at 1201.
We work to keep the site available and working, but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, including the design, card artwork, texts and code, belongs to the operating business or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
The reading generated for you is yours for personal use — keep it, print it and share it as you like, with no commercial use.
9. Privacy
What we collect and how we use it is set out in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms and any use of the site are governed exclusively by Israeli law, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
If we update these terms the date below will change. The Hebrew version is the binding one.
