Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible, explain exactly what we do collect, and do nothing with it beyond what is written here.

1. Who we are

Lunara is an AI tarot reading platform operated by the business below.

2. What we collect

  • Your email address, when you join the launch list or the newsletter — together with the signup time, site language, the reading type you marked as interesting, and a record of the consent wording you agreed to.
  • The question you enter for a reading and the cards drawn, along with the order id, spread type and reading language. This is the material your reading is written from.
  • Payment details, submitted directly to our payment provider, Grow by Meshulam. Card details never pass through our servers and are not stored by us — we only see that a payment was approved.
  • Basic usage data collected by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, for security, abuse prevention and general traffic measurement.
  • Analytics data, only if you allow it. When our measurement tool is switched on, a request for permission appears at the bottom of the screen. Without your explicit consent no measurement tool is loaded and no such data is collected. You can change your choice at any time from the "Measurement preferences" link in the footer.
You never have to identify yourself in the question itself. A reading works just as well with a generally phrased question, and we recommend not including sensitive details such as medical information, other people's details or identity numbers.

3. Why we use it

  • To produce the reading you asked for and keep it reachable from your link.
  • To send updates and marketing email, only to people who signed up and explicitly agreed.
  • To operate the site, provide support, and prevent security abuse.
  • To meet accounting and legal obligations, such as issuing and retaining invoices.

We do not sell personal information, rent it out, or pass it to advertisers.

4. Who can access it

Only the service providers we rely on to run the service, each receiving the minimum it needs.

  • The language model provider, Anthropic, whose model writes the reading. Your question and drawn cards are sent there solely to produce the reading.
  • Cloudflare — site hosting, protection against attacks, and storage of the mailing list.
  • Grow by Meshulam — payment processing and invoicing.
  • An email service provider, if and when we use an external service to send the newsletter.

Beyond these, we disclose information only if required by a court order or by law.

5. How long we keep it

  • Readings and their questions are kept while the service is running, so you can return to them. You can ask for deletion at any time and it will be carried out.
  • Mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, and are then removed from the list.
  • Accounting records are retained for the period the law requires, even if you asked us to delete everything else.

6. Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law you may review the information held about you, ask to correct inaccurate information, ask for deletion, and unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

Send any such request to michaelglosker@gmail.com and we will handle it promptly, and in any case within the period set by law. To protect you, we may ask you to verify that the request really comes from the owner of the email address.

7. Security

The site is served over encrypted connections only. Access to data is limited to those who need it to operate the service, and our providers are established vendors meeting accepted information-security standards. No system is completely immune, which is exactly why we collect as little as we can in the first place.

8. Cookies and browser storage

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. What is stored in your browser, and only there, is:

  • Your language preference, so the site opens in the language you chose.
  • Your accessibility preferences set in the accessibility tool, such as contrast, text size or stopping animations.
  • A temporary reading-order identifier, kept for the duration of your visit so you can return to your reading.
  • Your measurement choice, allow or decline, so we don't ask again on every visit.

You can clear all of these at any time from your browser settings without affecting your use of the site.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will update the date below. A material change will be announced prominently on the site.
